Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you contact us by email, phone or through our quote request form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, organization, contact details and a description of your testing needs. When you submit a sample for testing, we collect the information necessary to process, test and report on that sample.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, process samples, and deliver test reports. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Clinical & sample data
Information associated with clinical or research samples is handled with confidentiality appropriate to laboratory testing services and is used only for the purposes of delivering the requested testing and reporting.
Third-party services
Our quote request form is hosted on Google Forms; submissions through it are subject to Google's own privacy practices in addition to ours. Some high-throughput sequencing is carried out by partner sequencing platforms as part of our outsourced NGS workflow — sample-identifying information shared with such partners is limited to what is operationally necessary.
Retention
We retain enquiry and sample-related records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet any applicable recordkeeping practices for laboratory services.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise any privacy question, email info@n-cro.com.
This is a general-purpose privacy policy drafted for the launch of this website. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and should be reviewed and updated to reflect NCRO's actual data retention periods, any applicable data-protection regulations, and its specific handling procedures for clinical/genetic data before being treated as final.
